Return and refund policy and Health Guarantee

We do not guarantee against parasites. It is the owner's responsibility to continue treating their puppy for parasites after the puppy is purchased. Doodles and poodles Galore will de-worm at 2,4,6,8 weeks of age to help reduce or eliminate parasites. You as the buyer agree to continue de-worming the puppy on a regular schedule as instructed by your veterinarian.

 Hopefully, this agreement will not be necessary however if it is, then the owner needs to be aware that it is valid until the puppy turns 1-year old. It will be honored only if the original owner is still in possession of the puppy. If the dog has been sold or given away, then the health agreement will not be honored. A dog/puppy that has been physically injured once he/she is in your care is not covered by this contract. Doodles and Poodles Galore reserves the right to have the puppy veterinarian checked by the vet we used prior to agreeing to replace the puppy. If you require a replacement, then your current dog may be returned to Doodles and Poodles Galore where we will take over medical care of the dog. We do not refund payment for the puppy. Return shipping cost of the original puppy and shipping of the new puppy (when they are available) will be at the expense of the buyer. Under no condition should a puppy be turned into a shelter. We require that you contact us if you feel that you can no longer give the pet the love that they deserve. 

This contract assumes full payment was made at time of purchase. If a discount on the purchase price was given for any reason the buyer will be required to pay the difference before fulfillment of this agreement can be reached. Doodles and Poodles Galore is stating that, to the best of our knowledge, this puppy is healthy. He/she does not appear to be sick, nor do we have any reason to think that he/she will be less healthy in the future.
